SV Surface Coatings Private Limited is establishing a job-coating operation in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, with planned cathodic electro-deposition, powder coating and liquid painting at one site, on a common pretreatment line.
The planned production line is intended to support automotive and engineering components using repeatable recipes, process instrumentation and quality checks.

LEADERSHIP
Vinod Deokar, Managing Director.
Vinod Deokar holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and brings 22 years of surface-finishing experience. According to the SVSC brochure, he has set up and operated seven coating plants, including cathodic electro-deposition, powder, autophoretic and aluminium lines.
That process-chemistry experience informs the 18-stage line design, rinse sequence and planned quality-control approach.
